✓ 2 cups cooked pasta
✓ 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
✓ 1 cup diced bell peppers
✓ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
✓ ½ cup chopped red onion
✓ ½ cup crumbled bacon
✓ ¼ cup mayonnaise
✓ ¼ cup sour cream
✓ 2 tablespoons lime juice
✓ 1 tablespoon chili powder
✓ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
✓ Cook pasta until al dente, drain and rinse.
✓ Roast or grill corn kernels, then mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
✓ Combine cooked pasta with dressed corn mixture, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, crumbled bacon, and fresh cilantro for garnish.
Notes
