✓ ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (Fresh)
✓ ¼ cup pitted olives, sliced (For topping)
✓ to taste fresh parsley, for garnish (Optional garnish)
✓ crusty bread or pita, for serving (For serving alongside)
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
✓ Cut the feta cheese into a rectangle about 1 inch thick.
✓ Place the feta in an 8-inch square baking dish.
✓ Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano and thyme.
✓ Add minced garlic evenly over the top.
✓ Arrange halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
✓ Top with sliced olives.
✓ Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges turn golden but center remains creamy.
✓ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
✓ Serve alongside crusty bread or pita.
Notes
Best served fresh. Can be reheated at 300°F for 10 minutes if making ahead. The cheese should remain soft in the center with golden edges.
