Ingredients

✓ 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

✓ pinch fine sea salt (for crust)
✓ 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces each)
✓ 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
✓ 3-4 tablespoons lemon zest
✓ 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
✓ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
✓ 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
✓ 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
✓ pinch fine sea salt (for filling)

Instructions

✓ Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter.

✓ Press crust into pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.

✓ Whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth.

✓ Pour filling over chilled crust; cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
