✓ sheets graham crackers or thin chocolate wafers (enough for 3-4 layers in a 9×13-inch pan)
✓ /2 cups fresh berries (optional)
✓ /2 cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate (finely chopped; optional)
✓ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, to turn part or all of the cream chocolate)
✓ chocolate shavings, cookie crumbs, or crushed graham crackers (for topping; optional)
Instructions
✓ Whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
✓ In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
✓ Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
✓ Place crushed graham crackers in the bottom of a freezer-safe container.
✓ Spread half of the cream mixture over the layer of cookies.
✓ Repeat layers with remaining cookies and cream.
✓ Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
✓ Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, cookie crumbs, or crushed graham crackers before serving.
Notes
