✓ 1 pound ground beef
✓ 1 medium onion, finely chopped
✓ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✓ 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
✓ 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
✓ 2 cups beef broth
✓ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
✓ 1 teaspoon paprika
✓ Salt and black pepper to taste
✓ 1 cup sour cream
✓ 1 tablespoon butter
✓ Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
✓ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
✓ Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes
✓ Remove beef and set aside
✓ In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant
✓ Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown
✓ Return beef to the skillet
✓ Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and cook for 1 minute
✓ Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika
✓ Simmer for 8-10 minutes until sauce thickens
✓ Stir in sour cream and butter until combined
✓ Season with salt and pepper to taste
✓ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
