✓ 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
✓ 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
✓ ½ cup sour cream
✓ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
✓ 1 cup frozen diced potatoes or hash browns
✓ ¼ cup milk
✓ Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

✓ Preheat oven to 375°F.

✓ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
