Ingredients
🥄 1 cup cream cheese, softened
🥄 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🥄 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
🥄 1 cup jalapeños, chopped
🥄 1 tablespoon garlic powder
🥄 1 tablespoon onion powder
🥄 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🥄 12 eggroll wrappers
🥄 Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
Instructions
👨🍳 Preheat oil to 375°F for frying
👨🍳 Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined
👨🍳 Lay eggroll wrappers flat and spoon filling in the center
👨🍳 Fold sides over the filling and seal edges by pressing gently
👨🍳 Roll tightly to form eggrolls
👨🍳 Fry eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch
👨🍳 Drain on paper towels
