Ingredients
🥄 10 Frozen Chicken Dumplings
🥄 1 Pack Buldak Ramen Noodles
🥄 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
🥄 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
🥄 1 Teaspoon Sugar
🥄 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
🥄 1 Cup Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes)
🥄 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
🥄 Scallions, sliced
🥄 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
🥄 Soft-Boiled Eggs, halved
Instructions
👨🍳 Open the Buldak Ramen packet and add the noodles and spice mix to a pot with 2 cups of water.
👨🍳 Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender.
👨🍳 Add minced garlic and gochujang to the pot and stir until combined.
👨🍳 Add soy sauce, sugar, and tteokbokki and cook for another 2 minutes.
👨🍳 Add frozen chicken dumplings and simmer for 5-6 minutes until they’re cooked through.
👨🍳 Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
👨🍳 Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sliced scallions.
👨🍳 Serve over soft-boiled egg halves.
Notes
For milder heat, reduce gochujang to 1/2 tablespoon. Can be reheated in the microwave or on stove with added broth.
