Ingredients

Instructions

✓ Preheat the oven to 400°F.

✓ Place halved Roma tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

✓ Drizzle with 1/4 cup olive oil and roast for 12-15 minutes until edges brown and tomatoes soften.
