✓ 2 tablespoons honey
✓ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✓ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
✓ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
✓ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
✓ Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
✓ In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
✓ Place the kielbasa slices on the prepared baking sheet.
✓ Brush each slice generously with the mustard-honey glaze, making sure to coat both sides.
✓ Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy, and the center is heated through.
✓ Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
✓ Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
If you’re short on time, you can use pre-sliced kielbasa from the deli. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze. These bites can be made ahead and reheated in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes. The glaze can be doubled and stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
