Ingredients
🥄 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
🥄 1/2 pound sliced corned beef deli meat
🥄 1 cup sauerkraut
🥄 1/4 cup mayonnaise
🥄 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
🥄 1/2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
🥄 1 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
🥄 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
🥄 pinch paprika
Instructions
👨🍳 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
👨🍳 Mix mayo, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, and horseradish sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
👨🍳 Place a spoonful of sauerkraut and a small handful of Swiss cheese on each slice of corned beef.
👨🍳 Roll up each slice tightly, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
👨🍳 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese edges are golden and crispy. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
These roll-ups are best served warm. They can be prepared ahead and reheated in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
