🥄 1/2 teaspoon salt
🥄 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
🥄 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
🥄 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
🥄 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
🥄 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🥄 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or another high smoke point oil)
🥄 4 slices Cheddar cheese
🥄 4 burger buns
🥄 Toppings: lettuce, pickles, tomato slices
🥄 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
🥄 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
🥄 2 tablespoons ketchup
🥄 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
🥄 1/2 teaspoon paprika
🥄 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
🥄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

👨‍🍳 Mix ground chicken with salt, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.

👨‍🍳 Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about ½ inch thick.

👨‍🍳 Heat oil in a large skillet or grill to medium-high heat.

👨‍🍳 Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

👨‍🍳 Add cheese during last minute of cooking and let it melt.

👨‍🍳 Toast buns lightly if desired.
