Instructions
👨🍳 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
👨🍳 Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
👨🍳 Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
👨🍳 Stir in vanilla extract.
👨🍳 In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
👨🍳 Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk.
👨🍳 Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
👨🍳 Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
👨🍳 Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing and slicing.
