Ingredients

✓ large cauliflower, broken into florets
✓ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✓ 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
✓ 0.5 teaspoon chili pepper
✓ Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
✓ 100 grams sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
✓ 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

✓ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

✓ Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, chili pepper, and black pepper.

✓ Spread on a lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

✓ Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheeses.

✓ Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

✓ Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
