✓ 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
✓ Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, chili pepper, and black pepper.
✓ Spread on a lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
✓ Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheeses.
✓ Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
✓ Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

For best results, use freshly grated cheese and ensure cauliflower florets are evenly sized.
