Ingredients

✓ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
✓ 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
✓ 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
✓ 1 cup kale, chopped
✓ 1/2 cup bell peppers (any color), diced
✓ 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
✓ 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
✓ 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
