Instructions
✓ Blend half a cup each of fresh raspberries and blueberries with half a teaspoon of coconut extract and a quarter cup of coconut cream until smooth and fully combined

✓ Top with chilled club soda or sparkling water

Notes
Fresh berries can be swapped for frozen berries. Coconut cream may separate slightly, so give it a quick stir before using. For larger groups, prepare a pitcher of the base mixture and let guests build their own drinks. The base mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
